JOY OIL GARAGE

1978 Lakeshore Boulevard West, Toronto I Joy Oil operated a series of independent gas stations across souther Ontario starting in the 1930's. Their charaterstic buildings featured peaked roofs and towers inspired by European castles. This one, on Lakeshore Boulevard, was relocated to allow for soil remediation several years ago and has been floating around ever since.
